I had booked a trip for Andamans but due to the Covid Pandemic, I cancelled it * months back, the original date of the trip was done for April which was planned to be shifted for September but, we decided on cancelling the same. We provided an advanced amount of Rs. **,*** and for refunds I had also confirmed with the flights' services that refund has been done to the Agent's account, but the Yatra team is just pending my refund for stupid reasons that refund will take a month to be processed. They have beem telling me this since the past two months and it has been really frustrating since my whole amount has not been received back.
