While booking Car from Zoomcar it was mentioned that the Toll amount will be refunded but after submitting the Toll Bills they started asking for Physical Bills which no Toll Plaza provides now a days. And when the entire nation is going digitally why even they are asking for Physical Bills. While booking the car it was nowhere mentioned that they will only reimburse Physical bills.
