Due to Covid-** and curfew by indian govt, I would like to cancel my trip and get refund. Tried makemytrip multiple times but my call was not answered. Sent email also but no response
I would like to file a legal complaint against MMT for cheating the customer and not pick up the phone or answer email. I need FULL REFUND plus compensation for the mental stress I had to go through for calling the customer care
