We had taken a package tour to Singapore from travBond travels. the travel agent from Singapore came with us to Universal Studios to get tickets which we had paid, there was some issue in his credit card asked us to purchase the tickets, In the evening he transferred the ticket money to travbond, asked us to collect from travbond , spoke to Janavi kapoor travbond , she replied travbond received the amount next week we will transfer it to my account, from past one month following with Janavi , she is replying speak to accounts team Account team, jyothi from accounts team said next week she will transfer , Past * weeks no one is responding to my call from another no when i call they take the call, once I tell my name and ask for money they just cut the call
