i have booked Singapore package on **/**/**** for Singapore on **/**/**** and paid the amount ***** in * installments as per them . But they called me on **/**/**** and ask for drop the plan due to there is some issue going on tourist places due to Corona virus and will charge me ***** for this. So i agreed with them and they sent me an email to provide the refund of ***** in my bank account after that they stop responding me on email or calls . If somehow the picked my call they start giving me excuses and ask to me take credit note but i denied .
Now i am not getting any response from them and this is really disappointing
