Hi Team,
This is a complain against Goibibo for not giving proper solution.
I booked a train ticket on *th august from pune to mumbai. Due to floods, the train was diverted from daund and didnot cross Pune. I filed a TDR in goibibo app within an hour of train departure time. They are not returning the money now stating that I chose train cancelled and not train diverted. This is a miss from Goibibo customer support who were unable to help a customer file TDR.
