I am writing to report an issue with a recent order I placed on Swiggy. I received a completely different item than what I had ordered.
I contacted Swiggy customer support regarding this wrong delivery, but unfortunately, I have not been provided with a refund or a satisfactory resolution so far. This has been quite disappointing, as the mistake was not from my side.
I kindly request you to review my complaint and initiate the appropriate refund or replacement at the earliest. Please do the needful and resolve this issue promptly.
