I ordered a Verona Exotica pizza on April * **** on Swiggy (order # *************** at *:** pm.. The app showed as delivered at *:** pm without delivering the pizza. I spoke to an executive and raised the issue. I asked for a reorder and asked the executive to have it delivered as early as possible. The executive told me it would take ** minutes and I agreed. To my surprise the pizz was delivered within ** minutes and it was a chicken pizza. I am a vegetarian and this day also a festival. I raised this issue again to an executive who only agreed for a coupon for a week and disconnected the call. I connected to a supervisor and spoke to him and the supervisor agreed for a refund and the refund is not given and the case has been closed.
