I have applied and paid for the new connection on *nd April and was promised that the installation will be done within ** hrs. But they took * days for installation and during that time continued to provide me with false and misleading information. Now after the installation, they are not activating the subscribed plan for * days. This has caused me mental agony and frustration. Customer care is irresponsive and incompetent.
