Dear sir,
I am,IndependentTv user. They have given us the information that they will give one year paid channels and five years fta channels in Rs ****. So I have pre booked the independent tv in Rs*** and they said that we have to pay rest of money to the person who will come and install it . I have booked it but after seven months he came to install it but according to independent tv policies they have to install it in ** to ** days but they have not installed in that time . When independent tv is installed after some time the connection lost and when period of six months is over some person came to us to fix it then after ** days the connection is lost again and now its have been * months over and nothing have been coming on the screen only its coming error *** and our entertainment has lost for eight months . When Six months is over no one come us to fix it but after six months someone come to us to fix it and then after fifteen days our connection lost again so i have lost the entertainment of eight months. I have paid total Rs **** to them including installation. So pls help us to take refund from independent tv .
