I am writing this complaint due to the sound issue I’m facing in this laptop Lenovo Ideapad gaming
I am a DJ by profession and I use this laptop to for DJ and playing songs in events. The laptop makes a glitching sound in between songs around *-** seconds and it disturbs the whole environment of the event and I face back lashes from the client and I have to go through loss in my events. I contacted the service center but they can’t Identify the issue. I don’t think the service center can resolve the issue because it might be an internal manufacturing problem. I have very important audio files made and arranged and tuned by myself which need a lot of time to be made again so its not possible to format it so I would like for a replacement of the laptop Lenovo Ideapad gaming *.I am ready to pay some small amount for the new piece but I want a replacement of the laptop as soon as possible.
If I won’t get proper action taken by the company and service center I would apply for legal action against the company for not taking action against the issue and not providing proper service to customer
