I have purchased galaxy watch * LTE on *th October ****. On *th i have faced some software related issue in the device. On *th went to sumsung authorised service centre, they checked and asked me to call as the issue is not understandable to them and they initiated the issue with company. On ** they asked to to come and after inspection they take the watch and give me a bill/service log sheet mentioning the problem and with full warranty. On the next day after ** hrs they called me and informed that water log is found inside. I called several times to Samsung customer service and asked them as per the service log sheet it was clearly mentioned that all inspection should be done prior to accept for service and how they could ensure water not goes inside when it was with service team?? But instead of replying customer service supervisor simply disconnect my call.
I want a solution of this.
