I bought a Samsung M** phone from Amazon which was delivered on March ** ****. I was supposed to get free * months screen replacement from Acko. For * weeks now, I have been harassed by Acko with no result and Amazon has been most non-cooperative throughout this ordeal. Acko has stopped replying to my emails and Amazon's latest case ID D******** (dt. **/**/****) from the escalation team (Ms. Aisha) was supposed to be resolved by *th August (* business days). When I call today to check, Mr. Yatin (from escalation) hangs up on me while I am talking, Ms. Mamta (again from Escalation) writes acronyms on business emails and gives false resolution times. Any lawyer can help me take Acko and Amazon to the court?
