I have booked a self driven car for *nd august from zoomcar on *st august because i needed to take my mother to hospital by * am. i paid the full amount in advance. niether i got my car delivered, niether i got any support from zoom csr, niether the host picked my calls, i had called him like ** times because i genuinely needed the car, infact i was ready to pay even more. zoomcar charged me so much, and they didnt even provided the service niether they have any decency to provide refund or at least provide support. i wanns sue this company because they are nothing but fraud.
