I upgraded my sofa and ordered a new AC product.
Scam *: I paid the ****/- amount for the sofa upgradation and even till date it is showing not paid.
Scam *: For the AC, I paid ***/- extra by opting in for faster delivery. My delivery was done on friday **:**pm, *st March. Initially they scheduled the Installation on *st March and not informing that the technician will not come because he is busy with something else. And I called the technician to understand that he is not coming. Then I conveyed the same to customer support that why dis you not conveyed me this and charged me ***/- for opt in. The customer support instead of helping me increased my pain by rescheduling it to *march. Why do company hide this and charge the customer? Now I feel like cheated.
