I had rented a single bed from Rentomojo, cancelled the subscription in the month of Dec ****, at the time of cancellation, I was prompted to pay ***/- as invoice for December which I paid. Later the security deposit which was paid in the month of May **** when I took the subscription also got adjusted towards pending Dec **** invoice. All monthly rentals were paid on time. Additionally the app is now showing dues of ***/- and adding **% fines on top. I have been writing emails seeking clarity , however no genuine attempt has been made to connect, they have no customer support number to call, I requested clarity on email which they didn't respond to. Their response is issue escalated to the team and we tried reaching you on some random dates.
