- Samsung Refrigerator with manufacturing defect Open

In March'**, i bought *** liters Samsung refrigerator from Flipkart. From mid of July'** , we noticed some water droplet on door handle and inside refrigerator when we approached to Samsung , they assigned a engineer who did nothing and had closed complaint without resolution from that day we have communicated to Samsung multiple time and they tried all hit & run trial of replacing gaskit then refrigerator door for which Samsung is taking *-* weeks for each repair. also, they were delivering wrong replacement parts sometime silver colour , some time with dent on that. after all these repairs, issue with refrigerator was same.
Then on **th Oct’****, one person from Samsung escalation team called me and forcing me to receive Samsung coupon (App or offline store) of INR **,***/- instead of product replacement and asked me to order the same from Samsung app or offline stores, however, that model is not available at Samsung app or at offline store and same was available at flipcart/amazon with price of INR**K but they are not providing coupon of amazon /flipkart or neither giving refund in cash
