- Samsung Flagship defective and not being replaced Open

Dear Sir,
I purchased a new S**(*** GB) on **.**.**** from Rajesh Telecoms, Delhi. The piece was defective and has manufacturing defects. The battery lasted for only *-* hours screen on time and always goes dead when balance battery is *-*%. I gave my s** to service center, Rohini Sec- & , Delhi on **.**.** and requested for exchange with new mobile set. But they replied that it will be repaired as the exchange policy is for ** days only. After that i enquired with service center after * days on *.**.** and they said they have changed it’s battery and main PCB also and they are testing it. They wanted * day time to repair it and now it is * days and i have not received my s** till today.
My request is that why am i being given a repaired S**, whose battery and PCB are repaired/changed. My phone had manufacturing defects and i was checking all options to get it working from last full * month and when no option worked, i visited the service center. Did I do the wrong thing by trying to check as to how it can work properly. I also checked YouTube channels saying that battery adjusts in **-** days to the user’s usage. I waited for * update also from Samsung thinking that it may correct the battery issue. I never knew that the battery and PCB of my set are defective. It was confirmed from Samsung service center only on *.**.**** and the service center has changed the battery and PCB.
I purchased the samsung flagship phone (Rs *****/- )with a hope that it is the best phone from the best mobile phone company. but it is being repaired with battery as well as PCB and still it is under testing. The service center has still not given the mobile back to me.
Samsung is famous for good mobile phone and best services. I request you to please provide me with new phone in exchange of the defective set and dont give me repaired set that too with repaired battery as well as PCB. This is my request to you.
I am a Sr. Project manager of a technical company holding *** engineers working under me and know what quality means for a good company. Please do the needful ‘in my case and exchange my set with a new one. I am attaching the service request acknowledgement and purchase bill FYNA.
I opted for Samsung S** over Apple phone. Please don’t let my faith on Samsung go away. Please exchange this defective set and provide me new mobile in exchange of this defective set.

This was my complaint written above. No resolution being done and today is *th Day. I have still not received my phone.
