Very rude behavior of the delivery boy and as well as got the melted the ice cream which i have already thrown in dustbin ... As well as while i asked for the refund they just kept saying the one line again and again...worst experience with swiggy. one of the aupervisor Mr. krishna committed me that he was arranging a call back from manager within ** min. Means by **:** but now its * hours and i m still witing for the call back and now they are saying that no one is available on the floor and they are not ready to arrange a call back as well... And even they are saying again and again to contact them on email so that they can revert me back within *-* business days... Means i faced the issue yesterday but they will not provide me the resolution today but after * days they will... Worst experience... Worst comapny
