The product was collected by your delivery partner, yet instead of processing my refund, your system wrongly marked the return as cancelled. This is not only misleading but also shows a shocking lack of accountability on your part.
After multiple complaints and follow-ups, your support team has been utterly unhelpful, repeatedly asking me for the delivery agent’s contact details — information that was never shared with me in the first place. It is your responsibility, not the customer’s, to coordinate with your logistics partner or air shipment service to verify the return.
This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. I have been patient, but the continued negligence and lack of ownership from Nykaa Man’s side is unacceptable. It is extremely disappointing that such a reputed platform is operating with such poor customer service standards.
I demand immediate resolution and refund for the returned product. If this is not resolved within ** hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer forum and post a detailed account of this experience publicly, with all relevant evidence.
I expect a written confirmation that my refund is being processed without any further delay.
