I ordered THIN CRUST PIZZA BASE from the app that was a product of Britannia

On their app it was shown in product photo as *pcs per pack and thin crust pizza base by Britannia, I wanted *pcs so ordered * packs

It came as *pcs per pack so **pcs in total which was too many to be consumed before expiry for a small family

Other issue - it wasn't even thin crust, it was just the regular THICK crust, may be Britannia made mistake to pack thick crust pizza base in packaging labeled thin crust pizza base... But it's not my problem who made the mistake, I wanted thin crust and it was sold as thin crust and so I bought it from SWIGGY

When I asked for assistance to return it all and get a refund of ₹*** as I did not want THICK crust at all, they denied saying I have received what I had ordered and so return and refund is not possible

They packaging is labeled as Thin Crust although inside its Thick Crust but they kept saying it's written THIN so it is THIN and I received THIN as per my order and as per the label

I kept explaining that inside the package it's not Thin but they simply denied and asked me send a mail to their customer care department with details

I did that and received the exact same reply from them saying they won't be able to accept Return & Refund

Now I am stuck with inappropriate product that I can't use and have to throw it away and waste my money

They kept insisting that I have received what I have ordered as it's as per what is shown on their app and what is written on the product label (irrespective of what was inside the package)

I showed them screenshots of their products page where the Title Section its shown THIN CRUST PIZZA BASE and Description section it's shown NUTRICHOICE BISCUITS and the Key Features Section it's shown LIGHTWEIGHT MINI MASSAGE GUN and the Nutritional Value section it's shown DARK CHOCOLATE BAR

Asking them what should I have received if I ordered this product with * different items being shown in it's description and other details

They do not want to reply to it but bluntly shut my case ticket and denied the Return & Refund

I have all the proof to prove it's THICK CRUST PIZZA BASE and not THIN that I wanted, I have the proof that they have misleading and confusing information on display, I have a proof that they don't care if the product is faulty from their supplier and they don't take responsibility, I have proof that they will only keep denying at every level to your refund request even if you explain everything in detail

They are just feeling that they are untouchable and so big that they can operate monopoly dictatorship
