Dear Madam/Sir,
I have booked an Indigo flight for myself, my wife, and my daughter via PNR no MIC**F dated **TH January **** from BHUBANESWE to BANGALORE.
The flight was scheduled for departure at **.** AM but we were not allowed the boarding(**.** AM reached for boarding) and said it was closed.
I had been rescheduled for **.** PM the same day and paid an extra amount of **** for this journey.
I investigated and got to know that day **.** AM flight took **.** AM instead of the scheduled time. Not allowed and rescheduling means passenger has to pay extra money(it is purely planned)
