I really had worst experience with this People couple of times. Now when I do have a future booking and I missed to add my husband's surname. The flight is on November **, ****. When I call them to change it on **/**/**** they say it's too late.. seriously!! And they are asking me to cancel the ticket and rebook it again which is going to be a financial loss for me. Kindly do something with this
