I am multi user of Dish Tv consumer bearing No. *********** ******** dated **.**.**** ********* dated **.**.***, but unfortunately the company did not turn up, as also made several verbal requests, but the service provider did not bother to hear they sent their technician, who also did not install the required items which were on warranty.
The company is mischief and is looting the money. from the very date I am paying, but no visualizing as the adapter alongwith settop box is not working.
It is requested to lodge the FIR in favour of the company at the earliest
