For last * days, a repeated Error "Your VC Card is Faulty" is displayed and no channel va be viewed. With great difficulty, I could reach their help line today. They said that only a technician can resolve it and I have to pay his Visit fee plus replacement of parts, if any. I agreed for it. Their SMS said that the Technician will visit today (**/*) between **:** and **:** hours. Since no one turned up nor I received any call, I tried in vain to contact them and get any update. It is very frustrating.
