I called many times air india after a long hold which is more than ** mins every agent picked and dc so finally my call landed to lovely lady she told me flight is not operating due to covid ** so you will be getting refund now its been more than a month i have not received my refund again i tried calling al they after picking they placed me on hold for * hour or they disconnected i am fed up ,please help me someone its such a big amount as i am short of money.
