I HAD DONE AIRLINE BOOKING FROM GOBIBIO ON **-**-**** FROM AHMEDABAD TO MUMBAI AND RETURN TRAVEL ON **-**-**** BY GOAIR FLIGHT. AIRLINE CANCELLED THE FLIGHT DUE TO CORONA EFFECT AND THEY CALL ME FOR CANCELLATION AND GIVEN A SATISFACTION FOR FULL REFUND TO MY BANK ACCOUNT BY GOIBIBO AFTER ONE WEEK AS THEIR PROCEDURE. AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINE ANY CANCELLATION AFTER **-**-**** DUE TO CORONA, THEY GET CREDIT VOUCHER FOR THE SAME. BUT MY BOOKING WAS BEFORE THAT TIMELINE AND ALSO AIR LINE GIVEN ME THE SATISFACTION TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT TO MY BANK. BUT NOW GOIBIBO GIVEN ME THE CREDIT VOUCHER ON BEHALF OF REFUND AS I WROTE MANIER TIMES TO THEM BUT THEY DID NOT GAVE ANY REPLY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY ON IVR MODE AND INSTRUCT ME TO WRITE ON WEB SUPPORT. AS I WROTE AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR REFUND BUT THEY DENIED. ACTUALLY I NEED ONLY REFUND TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
