It is an experience to deal with Swiggy. My order was cancelled by Swiggy and my money has not been refunded since the last * months. Phone numbers published on their website (********) do not work or it is impossible to go past the initial announcements in absence of 'active order'. Once I could live chat with a Customer care person who did not help. Several more attempts to connect on chat have been unsuccessful. They try to sweet talk me (on email) into believing that they are going to do something but in spite of several emails nothing has been done so far.
