on the *th of January **** in Annavaram(Andra Pradesh) I was about to book the ticket. I gave my debit card. Money got debited but pnr didn't generate. I waited for ** days for the refund but it didn't get refunded! I raised the complaint against this but they didn't respond with proper statements, they are telling me to wait for another few days.
