I booked * way Flight tickets from Ixigo for ** November **** with booking ID- IF**************. Total amount Rs ****. But due to COVID Restrictions both the flights got cancelled and the full refund was Initiated to me by the airlines within ** days. But as I booked my flight from an agent(Ixigo) the refund amount from the airline was supposed to be refunded to me by Ixigo. It has been almost * months and till date i haven't received my full amount. Everytime I contact Ixigo they ask me to wait for * days and give me a different excuse and don't give any appropriate solution for my problem and the reason for delay in refund initiation. I have received a partial amount of **** from Ixigo but i was supposed to get a full refund. I am still waiting for them refund my remaining amount of Rs. ****.
