hi, i fully paid on **th oct for * matress from paytm mall. Order id is ***********. On **th oct ****. Hoping to get it in * to * days but didn't recieved in ** days. So cancelled it and according to instructions from paytm refused delivery from courier which came on **th day. I'm still waiting for Refund. Always getting message "waiting for courier confirmation ". Please sir I'm ** years old feeling very uncomfortable without mattress. Please sort it out. Thanks
