Dear Team ,
This is to bring to your note that I had booked a ticket through PAYTM on **.**.**** for my return to Delhi from Hyderabad but I had to cancel the same because of change of my travel plans.The booking ID for the same is ***********.The screen as on date shows s refund processed.I tried calling the customer care where they told me that AIRINDIA has not refunded the amount.I got in touch with AIR INDIA for the same and they sent a mail stating that they have processed the refund on **th of April for the same.Now since then I have been sending several emails and tickets through PAYTM app but to no use.There is no response from the team and even if they get in touch they say our team is working on the some and the amount will be refunded back in some time.There have been no replies for my emails or tickets since I have sent the copies of the email received from AIRINDIA.
Please suggest as to what should be done now...
