This is regarding my payment to goibibo regarding seat booking for PNR LPGW*U. The payment was done on the goibibo app for seat booking for *** rs. Seat booking failed but payment was received by Goibibo. Airlines mentioned that they have not received any money from Goibibo. So I had to make seat booking again. After complaint for refund, Goibibo confirmed that the money is with Goibibo and I shall receive full refund. This confirmation was shared by an executive from GoIbibo named Rishu Raj. He said refund of *** will be processed in ** hours from Goibibo, as it is not airlines fault. It has been * weeks and I am still awaiting refund.
