Booked two flight tickets Hyderabad to chandigarh then come back. Due to lockdown both flights were cancelled by airlines indigo and goair.
confirm from airlines for refund, they confirm that you have to confirm from yatra.com as tickets were booked through them. Passed six months I didn't receive single call from them and on website nothing is clear. today I planned to book same tickets but yatra.com is same non responding.
Now a days every company openly working but yatra.com is working in such a frustrating way that make customers not to believe this company. yatra.com
