Hello iam Svss Bharadwaj and a resident of Hydernagar area and my address is PNR HIGH NEST FLATNO:-***. I have applied for new wifi connection on may-**th and they said that it will take time of * days and I said ok. Then after three days there is no response from them and after one week I asked them to refund my amount which I have paid but till today I didn't get any response from the local operator or act office and I had sent mail to them and no response from them also. if I call to them they say that It will get refunded in * or * days.
