- Fraud No Response to Refund Post Cancellation Closed

I have booked the connection through Agent name Sudhir. First wrong commitment of installation was given to me which they refused to fulfilled post which I have raised cancellation and refund request on **th July with Ref SR**************. I was told it will be done in * days and it's *rd week I have not received my refund. Whenever I am following up with customer care and Sudhir I have been told refund is processed. There is NO response to my emails sent and whene I asked to give me transaction ID if it is processed they are not replying. I am going to forward few emails related to the same which I sent and no response.
