- Refund not recieved for cancellation Open
SHALABH SINGH filed this complaint against Make My Trip on Jul 09, 2026
After making the booking through MakeMyTrip India, I rescheduled the flight directly with Air Arabia and subsequently cancelled it through the Air Arabia website. I received a cancellation confirmation from Air Arabia.
I then contacted Air Arabia regarding the refund, and they have confirmed that the refund will be processed through the original booking agency, i.e., MakeMyTrip, to the original payment method. Their confirmation email is attached for your reference.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to get any assistance from MakeMyTrip. The customer support only redirects me to a virtual assistant, and I have not been able to connect with a human representative or find a suitable option to explain my situation.
I kindly request you to:
* Verify the refund status with Air Arabia.
* Initiate and process the refund to my original payment method.
* Confirm the expected refund timeline.
