I have booked a ticket from LHR (London) to BLR (Bengaluru) in the VandeBharath Mission and cancelled the same due to mismatch of my full name. I have called customer care and cancelled the ticket as they couldn't revise the name in the ticket. I was informed the refund would be processed in ** days. However, until now no refund has been processed from air india. I have been mailing e-commerce email everyday and never got a response. The payment has been done using a credit card and now i am been charged interest on the transaction. Request you to help with the refund at the earliest. I
