My booking for Flight No. *E*** (DELHI to VARANASI with PNR VJ*HWJ (For PASSENGERS DINESH CHANDRA GUPTA AND MEERA GUPTA) for the date **/**/** was RESCHEDULED for departure from DELHI and was PREPONED from **.** PM to *.** PM. Since the same was not suitable to me as such the same was got cancelled with the INDIGO AIRLINES. INDIGO accordingly considered my request for FULL REFUND and cancelled my booking with refund ID ********* and ********* and asked me to contact GOIBIBO (BOOKING AGENT) for the refund.
As the FLIGHT No. *E*** (as above) was preponed, the purpose of my journey was rendered futile so I was bound to cancel my On-wards Journey from LUCKNOW TO DELHI by FLIGHT No. *E*** with PNR QD**TL (For PASSENGERS DINESH CHANDRA GUPTA AND MEERA GUPTA). The same was also cancelled with AIRLINES directly.
INDIGO, however, provided PAYMENT ID GOFLDMOBfd *********** for ticket booked on **/**/****, for LKO to DELHI flight on **/**/** (PNR QD**TL) and PAYMENT ID GOFLDMOB*d*d ********** for DELHI to VARANASI flight on **/**/** (PNR VJ*HWJ), and asked us to contact GOIBIBO for a total refund. In view of the above, efforts were made to contact GOIBIBO. On approaching GOIBIBO on the contact numbers provided by INDIGO we were asked to go to the website and get the matter resolved. On visiting the website there was no space provided to file a complaint with all details. However, on chat with the relevant person on *th NOVEMBER, an email was received:
“Dear Customer, This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ Goibibo - ******** ] and have started working on it immediately. Your request has been assigned with a tracking ID [ Goibibo - ******** ] and will be responded to within * hours or sooner." On my email vijuvns**@ gmail.com.
Since then, no response from GOIBIBO has ever been received nor the payment of a refund to my account no *********** (IFS Code SBIN*******) with SBI M..A.Road Varanasi.
As such it is requested to take up the matter with GOIBIBO and get it resolved for which I would be highly thankful. DINESH CHANDRA GUPTA Mob No.********** / **********.Varanasi.
