I had done a hotel booking for my family in Chennai date ** to ** July ****. * room, booking ID HTL*XV*RLG and HTLU*VCX*A. The total amount of **** Rs paid to Goibibo. When reached the hotel there was a problem in the hotel. I talk to Goibibo they said they had changed the hotel. No any call back by Goibibo. After * hours I booked another hotel in Chennai by Goibibo and paid *****. I talk to Goibibo from ** July to till *** times no response. Please refund my money with compensation to ******.
