I have booked a flight on ** Apr from mineralyne vody to Delhi. The amount is deducted from the account but booking is failed (it comes on the screen after that booking). I did not receive any PNR of the flight. It has been a month I haven't received my money back. Customer care is not also giving sufficient response.
