I had booked a flight through Goibibo that was initially cancelled and later reinstated. Since the reinstatement happened at the last minute, I had already booked an alternate flight. As per the process, I filed a claim, and the airline has confirmed that the refund has already been processed from their end to Goibibo. However, I have not received the refund from Goibibo.
I raised a support task (Task ID: *****************) over a week ago, but I have not received any update or resolution. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that a similar issue occurred just a month ago, causing additional inconvenience.
