I ordered a product from smytten on *rd Feb but then I immediately cancelled it for which there it was written that your refund has been processed and it would take *-* business days to reflect in your account and till now there's no refund initiated in my account and also they don't have any customer care number and when you go to the help option there's ai bot who's chatting and giving the same reply over and over again and when I mailed them regarding the same they replied back to not to mail and chat at the help box only. It's been soo many days and there's nothing I received.
