I booked Ticket For visakhapatnam to Jammu,

Flight date-**-Nov-**.
It was connecting flight ,from delhi i have to change my flight.
Needs to board another flight from delhi on same date.On ** nov ,i received a email from happyeasygo ,the platform through which i have booked my flight,saying that my flight have been resheduled.As it was not convenient for me board the flight,i filled for full refund with happy easy go,followed it up by calling them many times but still i am awaiting my refund. Screenshots of both the ticket and email from happyeasygo for rescheduling are attached for your reference.
Pls help me out .
