I booked two tickets from Indore to Chandigarh and the amount was deducted but the ticket was not sent to me. After talking to the customer care executive, they asked me to go ahead and book another ticket and they will refund the amount that has been deducted, I even have the call recording of the same. To date, I got no refund and no information.
