I have booked a hotel namely OYO Townhall *** Sector ** Noida of amount Rs.**** at *rd April **** at *:** A.M. but due to covid-** pandemic i have cancelled my booking on *th of April **** and asked for my full refund. And they are showing refund completed in their goibibo app but till now i have not got any refund. Even i have raised ticket on **th of April and today is **th of april. Till now i have not received my refund. Please help me out as i am unable to contact to their customer care.
