Hi,
Please escalate this matter to highest authority, as its been two months and I have called oyo service center atleast ** times but still no proper solution is provided i had made the booking on **th of septmeber * am unknowingly for the previous day ie **th sep ** pm-**am **th sept later went to the hotel they also confirmed no show for the respective date i called to oyo regarding my refund and was told that i will get back my refund by ** working days which they never did later again i spoke to jyothi service manager where she told the refund was not initiated and she will do it and i had to wait for another ** days which oyo failed again one the *rd time now its been ** days they are still telling the same
