respected sir/ mam,
I have online book the ticket on date **/**/**** from Hisar to Surat pnr no :- ********** *A-C Train no - *****, but the ticket was online cancel due to waiting list,
Problem is still date i am not received refund again this cancel ticket.
i have already contact to customer care & also complaint through e-mail but still date refund not received
Herewith i am attaching my bank statement (**/**/**** to **/**/**** )
please look at my problem & help me
