- Refund not received for flight cancellation Closed

I booked a flight for the *th of June, ****. The booking was made on the *nd of June. I then had to cancel the flight on the *th of June as I realised I would not be able to travel on the *th. Upon cancellation it was shown that a refund amount of Rs.****/- would be sent back to me(after airline and mmt deductions) and I also saw that the status of the flight was changed to "Cancelled". When I checked on the *th I found that the status of the flight had changed to "Completed" instead of "Cancelled" and I was shown that I would be receiving an amount of Rs.**** as "credit voucher".
*. I want to know why I am not receiving a refund onto my bank amount, when the airlines clearly told me that they has processed the refund to MMT.
*. Why is there a deduction of Rs.****/- and why was I not intimated about this before.
