I am writing to request an update on the refund for my flight from Indore to Mumbai scheduled on *th October ****, which was cancelled by the airline. I received an email confirming the cancellation, but it has been over ** days now, and I have yet to receive any refund or further communication.

I kindly request you to process the refund at the earliest or provide an update on the status. The prolonged delay has been quite inconvenient.
